Who's Trying to Impute Unrighteousness Unto Borrowers?

In this scenario, the 'free runner' might be like Michael Richter or Rob Deer, depending on your team's opinion of what the 'free runner' represents on earth.

Whatever the reasoning was for speeding up baseball game outcomes, it really wasn't a good change for those who appreciate record keeping with consistent rules and regulations.
