There is a process of trying to RECONCILE a matter that many people intentionally prevent. (I still use the HVHY combination to represent Yehovah or Yahweh on many occasions, since LORD is too vague.
Precept 1. Go directly to the person who sinned against you, but that is only possible if the sinner did not flee. People who sin unintentionally usually do not flee from the person they sinned against. People who commit crimes intentionally often do flee from their victim which makes it impossible for the victim to reconcile the matter directly with the evildoer.
Precept 2. If the person who sinned against you refuses to listen to your complaint against them, 2 or 3 other witnesses area should be located to verify the claim that the person who sinned against you IS NOT INTERESTED in repenting and restoring losses due to the sin/crime against you, which might include the loss of a friendship, a spouse or a child. At this point, it is obvious the sinner or criminal does not believe in Yehovah's plan for their life and future and they will most likely remain unforgiven, especially if they had weeks or years to rectify the results of their past sins/crimes.
Precept 3. Once precept 1 and precept 2 have been prevented from being completed by the person who prefers war to reconciliation, the victim or accuser in the case is supposed to 'go to the church', including elders if it is even possible to find a so-called elder who follows biblical precepts and is willing to get involved. Since such an elder is virtually impossible to find, especially when the person who you have a matter against claims to be a minister or a missionary in the same denomination as the typical protestant elder.
As a last possible non-violent resort while trying to take up a matter with your 'church' which is a precept declared to be proper and justified ( the opposite of keeping an unrectified matter silent and a secret), people that might be similar to me 'blog' to release their matter to a cloud of witnesses, some of whom might actually be part of their pro-HVHY system. For some reason I do not understand, it is the regular Sunday church attenders, all of whom are protestants, that are the most reluctant to reconcile a matter properly in a face to face setting before the victim has no choice but to expose the problem to more witnesses . Liars leading those Sunday assemblies must be making their herd of sinners feel very comfortable with their past offenses,, and I had heard those Sunday morning liars long enough to know enough to leave those public forums of organized, paid blasphemers and quietly study how HVHY really expects his elect to behave in order to promote reconciliation, allow forgiveness after genuine repentance and prevent sinning rather than preventing justification and sanctification.
The person who has become an enemy by default fails to show up in a courtroom to face his accuser, and instead, hides like a coward. An accuser who is unwilling to face the accused should not be considered an true and faithful witness under any circumstance. Being faithful includes having courage and trust in a particular set of directives deployed by a leader that you actually TRUST.

As a result, the females had to feed their enemy, often as a reluctant chosen bride of a man who had obeyed the orders of his commanding Lord who had studied the instructions for Yehovah's military divisions. Because the reluctant bride's own heathen army men did not fight hard enough to save their wife,mother or daughter from anti-commandment heathen lifestyle, the reluctant bride of a eventually had the chance to become a pro-commandment pro-Yehovah bride IF her enemy provided food, clothing and shelter for her long enough after becoming an enemy of her new husband by default.
Thousands of religious sects are still like the heathen armies, usually gathering for warfare on Sunday mornings where they teach their friends, wandering strangers or fellow JW. ORG associates to reject the commandments for Yehovah's people. As a result, eventually the people who want to align with Yehovah are lost by default to another army and once they discover that their enemy Yehovah does have a plan to feed them, they eventually start learning to keep the commandments delivered by Mosheh and no longer are enemies of Yehovah. The true creator of heaven and earth never asks to be fed like a heathen 'Santa Klaus' image scrounging for cookies after gaining access to a house illegally. The state that calls itself Israel, and every organized government currently on a globe, is very anti-Yehovah now and is Yehovah's enemy by choice, not by default. Only within your personal flesh can you choose to be pro-Yehovah, then prepare to be fed, clothed and sheltered according to Yehovah's will. There are times when a swift death or way pf escape is better than extension of suffering as a captive of a heathen army that loves idolatry, loves to force people out of work on days such as December 25th or Sundays to prevent them from following Yehovah's laws, loves to eat the flesh of swines and hates resting on the 7th day of the week .
Illegal immigrants are very much like Santa Klaus and nothing like Yehovah. ONce the illegal immigrants break into a location, they are enemies of the anti-lawlessness citizens of that turf by their choice, not by default, and they should not be subsidized by the weak military nor by the lawful citizens and instead they should be told to leave and re-enter lawfully rather than being jailed or killed because, by choice, they are a deliberant and dangerous enemy of the government.
When it comes to caring for prisoner of local war, the person who is jailed after confessing to their sins and crimes should be fed by the system of beings they confessed and in such a case, their jailers are their enemies by default who then should feed and cloth them. However, wouldn't it make more sense and reveal much more wisdom to tell the jailed person who did not confess to their crimes committed against a goverment to pray to their idol of lawlessness for food or let them go ahead and starve to death in jail for the crimes they never repented of?
Unrighteous, unholy nations are failing because they do not want to understand righteous laws that teach them how to treat different types of enemies. If you are one of the unfortunate people whose house gets flooded in New Orleans or in low-lying coastal areas, let me suggest that you relocate your business to Flint, Michigan where empty, non-flooded business and residential properties are waiting to be purchased and where you can buy a terrific steak Reuben or Philly beef sanwich at 'Big John's'.
'Mardi Gras' is an annual vile, heathen gathering and New Orleans, like every other city on earth, has been warned plenty of times to stop their idolatry and start behaving like people who love and trust Yehovah. Because it is in Yehovah's character NOT to change, if your area gets spared from disaster, it might be because there were at least 10 people who are righteous in your area. If your area did not get spared and you were only 1 of 9 righteous people in your area, move to an area that you noticed has gotten spared from natural disaster. Unnatural disasters, which Yehovah cannot be blamed for and won't stop even if there are 144,000 righteous people in your nation are created by habitual sin, such as borrowing too much money, behaving pompously as Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi, raising up casinos like Donald Trump rather than encouraging your family members to become profitable or at least surviving family farmers. Unnatural disasters are also caused when you choose or are forced to ingest drugs and Coca-cola rather than choosing to ingest the healthiest foods you can afford into yourself and your household members. Unnatural disasters are caused by evil or ignorant human beings.
