When 4 names are mentioned as being apart at a specific time of mourning, those 4 names are a serious matter : David, Nathan, Levi, Shimei. One of the resaons people might be apart is because some wait for the first crescent to show, some wait for the last crescent to be gone and others don't bother to look up at the skies and only go by assumptions on a printed calendar.
In case R, it is clear to me that my pesach meal would be held the night of April 20st and in case B, I would observe the sober pesach meal the the evening of April 21st. Firstfruits would be then have to be April 28th in both cases and also would NOT be on the same date as the Vatican's anti-Yehovah swine and leaven festival but would be contrasted with the 'Orthodox Easter'.
