Rocky case U: In a U=failing grade case, the father of REX would wrongly believe that he is a good person even though he did not financially support the children from his first marriage. He might then be like Rocky Blier, and not respond at all to the person who proposed Rocky case J as a fair settlement without involving attorneys.

Rocky case S: In  Rocky case S,  REX is officially declared to be  a Swedowski, and must take on his mother's surname since she loved and cared for him more than his father.
