Isaiah 37:30-32: Years 49 and 50?

Leviticus 25 is extremely confusing.  Not sowing seems logical but why not eat that which grows on it's own in years 7,14,21,28,35,42, 49 and 50? Is there a translation problem with the word 'reap'?

Consider the sign of Isaiah 37:30-32. If these were not referring to subsequent years 49 and 50, why would years 1 and 2 be 'no sow, but gather what grows of itself'? Strawberries are coming up as non-roses;  will I be disobeying Leviticus 25 if I pick them before the birds do?  I'm not pruning the fruit vines. Benjamin Altshuler wouldn't even be able to explain properly what he has never personally experienced in a 7th year 'no sow, no reap' defensive zone coverage.

I've never seen practical keeping of these Leviticus 25 instructions done by anyone in my lifetime, but I should have seen the keeping of those instructions by people who claimed to be grafted into Israel long before I chose to ditch Christianity in preference to becoming a Yehowahist.

When an instruction seems illogical as Leviticus 25 regarding not sowing and also not utilizing that which the earth provides during the relaxation of soil demands, then another seems logical and possible to keep as in Isaiah 37, which way does BEND OREGON or sway occupants of land?

Uncertain men were stating that Hezekiah was giving improper instructions when telling others the gospel of Yehowah.  Those  uncertain men still exist, do not provide live examples of the keeping of Leviticus chapter 25, do not adhere to the warnings from the book of Isaiah and tell illegal immigrants in the USA to trust the wicked governor of California for their provisions.

Let's look at a more logical translation of Leviticus 25:

What grows of its own accord  and shall be a for a rest year, gather (H1219).  ת (mark) no maidservant nor male. Food for the  land resting produces; beasts, livestock, the stranger, the hired man, the produce: all shall be in your land.

Consideration of the above paragraph would indicate no sowing and no adding to your current staff and flock. since a sign would be put on a new addition to your staff.  With only a year or two remaining before a year of release, marking a servant for  typically 7 years is not necessary, rather futile as possibly something only an arrogant slave keeper would insist on doing.  These instructions would be similar to that of Isaiah 37:30-32 (double sabbath year instruction).    What is described as a 3rd year in Isaiah 37 may indeed have been a 51st year, long term calendar system in mind rather short term instructions for a struggling regime. The placement of a period after gather (H1219) BEFORE the ת in Leviticus 25:5 then  makes verse 6  logical, noting that the resting land can and will produce 'meat/produce' for your household.

I'm not an expert in Hebrew nor an expert in the English language, but I have been educated about such word usages beyond the Muslim's Mohammed's level while fully aware of the erratic translation problems that are still an ever present danger  not only to those adhering to the Talmud brood, but to those who keep rocking around their dead Christmas trees after denouncing the prophet Yermiyahu.
