Just suppose you had a friend or co-worker who you believed was being unfaithful to his spouse. What course of action is best?
A) Try to get that person fired or publicly accused and published by reporting the matter to hirelings without finding out WHY the person is straying
B) Speak peaceably with the the suspected sinner to investigate the matter face to face
C) Ignore the matter completely with the spirit of complacency
B is the best course of action in any matter of suspected non-violent sin. Instead of reading fiction, consider the following matter that could have had a better outcome for Anna Ruzinski.
Anna Ruzinski could have gone directly to Robin Michael Ortiz and state she suspected him of being unfaithful and possibly being involved in misdemeanor activities not easily proven. Had she spoken to flat Robin Ortiz, he might have told her what he told others, namely that his wife was making him physically sick with her cigarette smoke and had no intention of stopping her cigarette smoking even though she was a licensed nurse practitioner who should have known she was hurting her household, including her 2 ,male children, with the cigarette smoke. Had Anna Ruzinski investigated the matter as a peace-maker, she might have then gone to Mrs. Robin Ortiz ( now Mrs. Ronald Haas) and told her that she is risking losing her husband in a flight or fight matter. Specifically, she could have told Robin's wife that Robin rather take flight from the harmful cigarette smoke that fight with his wife who refused to stop her dangerous behavior toward him. Anna Ruzinski could have urged Mrs. Robin Ortiz to stop smoking in 1988 to save her marriage and protect her children rather than abusing her children with second-hand smoke,,,,, but Anna Ruzinski chose course of action A , not B.
When I observed Jimmy Hall in Three Lakes, Wisconsin appearing to stray from his marital vows while drunk, publicly intervened and he 'shaped up' after my warning to the woman he was thinking of approaching while drunk. I announced to the tavern patrons that Jimmy Hall was married ( no divorce pemding) and that strange women should not get physically involved with him because of his marital status. Flop cop Steven Brown #2042 was courageous enough to deter his drunken buddy from adding more sin to his drunkeness, so was I insane for having the courage to do what few others would? I know I wasn't crazy, but most people deveop hatred toward the person who truly wants them to stop sinning and publicly warns them if a private warning is not possible due to the exigency of a sin problem in progress.
Germantown, Wisconsin has placed trust in Anna Ruzinski, but with enemies like Anna Ruzinski pulling in hefty salaries for their A course of actions, a human needs friends like me who prefers a B course of action when possible. I don't think Anna Ruzinski is going to mind knowing that I recalled her by name since she actually has taken her role seriously and knows she is subject to oversight.
Anna Ruzinski actually is more reliable than the people who hire or appease the 'propaganda panda pairs' from UWM.ORG in a matter of truth vs. lies and the horrid consequences of family members refusing to speak to each other rather than ignoring family when conflicts arise. Ignoring family members leads to splitting a family, not mending a family. Prayer becomes vain repetition to those unwilling to do works of faith after praying about a matter.
I was comforted by a brother who said he would rebuke his nephew ( my son) if he ever sees him face to face due his his nephew's absurd and unjustified behavior toward his mother and other family members. My son most probably would rather hide from my caring older brother than be rebuked ,corrected and then properly instructed of how to behave toward a law-abiding parent who has been loosed from an adulterous person through divorce. (Deuteronomy 17:15 applies and brothers are important to יהוה 's people.)
I'm thankful that I learned that my brother is willing to do good works in the sight of his nephew. Had we not discussed a problem, I might have wrongfully thought that my brother didn't believe my testimony and approved of how his nephew has been dishonoring and discouraging family members who had known him from the time he was babe. When a person's behvior toward family members changes abruptly after years of decent and kind behavior toward family members, it is often an unholy, anti-יהה spouse or new companion that intentionally aggravates a wounded in-law.

Mrs. Robin Ortiz may have decided to quit smoking cigarettes in 1988 if Anna Ruzinski had warned her about the danger she was to herself and others as well as encouraging Mrs. Robin Michael Ortiz to stop smoking in order to prevent a divorce request from the man who knew cigarette smoking is actually more dangerous than getting informative anti-pornography anti-violence USPS mail from a friend or family member.
Deuteronomy 17:18-19 explains why there is not yet a righteous judge anywhere in the USA, since there is not currently a USA judge who has written and read every USA local, state and federal law BEFORE he or she sat on their man-made throne as a hireling.
The person who warns a sinner to stop sinning prior to seeing a righteous judge of ישראל is prophecying. The person who warns a person before they see an unrighteous USA judge is often a righteous prophet, a working police officer, a caring family member or an unrighteous attorney who also has not written and read every USA law before charging another person for 'legal advice'.
