As a person who rather try to sort through a problem in narrow daylight than do damage at broad night, I now get to write a report that might counter what Tim Fair reports privately about.
In Richmond, Michigan, high school students have been allowed to use permanent paint on public school property grounds and the city did not deem that to be 'tagging' or defacing public property. IN contrast, I use sidewalk chalk in RECREATION areas because sidewalk chalk works are recreational, are they not? A city that allows cigarette smoking in recreational areas, knowing that cigarettes do harm people, should not be concerned about sidewalk chalk. However, suddenly Officer Tim Fair did become concerned about 'sidewalk chalk' in recreational areas of Richmond, calling it 'tagging'.
What the high school students did on the parking lot is CLEARLY more permanent than chalk that washes away or disappear when foot traffic increases, yet the city of Howard Street decided to 'jack me up' after plenty of police squads had seen me using chalk in park areas. Tim Fair wasn't rude, but he was trying to enforce something as ridiculous as trying to peacefully prevent anti-abortion people from deterring the murder of an innocent child. Since I had been ordered to arrest people who were against abortion about 30 years ago, I suppose Tim Fair is no worse than I was in 1990 as a Milwaukee police officer enforcing unjust laws that do not save lives.
Now my guess is as good as the Armada cops guess as to WHY chalk became a point of contention. Was it because Shane David Hendrikson's bad name was seen between Lori Esker and Cindy Nueske in a section of art intended to reveal contrast in methods of operations? Was it because Ken's Diner and the cigarette pushers had more influence on the city of Richmond politicians than Robert Delgadillo, Charlie McGaver and retired detective Thomas Fischer have when a peaceful system of trying to unpuzzle the how, when and why some people are allowed to commit felonies in the USA and other Bible studying people are stopped from using chalk to work through a long term problem in plain view? When David Teske's name was written in chalk, Tim Fair didn't say it was defacing public property. Maybe Richmond's high school name fits them perfectly: devils who rather not be exposed to truth or samples of critical thinking during crucial moments of history.
I pulled down stickers in the little league area of women in thongs, picked up broken glass that was in the Richmond city hall parking lot, picked up garbage which was much more hazardous than chalk, yet Richmond did not return the mercy I had shown them. Venues get taken over by different people, and I don't mind not going back into Richmond, Michigan since it is no better than Lima, Peru. I can handle biblical advice and shake the dust off my feet after the Richmond political wheel decided to embrace cigarettes and Coca-cola machines and reject a chance to be educated in interstate matters of history and genuine comparison studies. Richmond can continue without their D.A.R.E. program while they let their high school students deface the publicly funded parking lot with their art 'message'. RIchmond can also be identified as a city that is against people such as the prophet Haggai and which can me more like Scooby Doo and Shaggy turf from now on.
Tim Fair claimed I was breaking some rule that he never showed me in writing nor did he cite which ordinance I was not obeying. Such behavior is not just, and when teachers described a student's achievements as 'fair' it was barely passing and not very good. In contrast, I spoke with an Armada officer who also seemed baffled that the schools were allowing students to deface and 'tag' the parking lots, but Armada's mascot is tigers, not a devils. Mascots are not a trivial matter and there is a difference between PaGeAu and AuBURn for a reason not obvious to most people but might be a matter of interest for someone as famous as Brian Mach #78, who does not skate on chicken legs.
I told Tim Fair I meant no harm and certainly did not consider what I was doing to be defacing public property like the high school students did in the parking lot. I actually wasn't told to leave Richmond and was told I was still welcome to park in their city parking lot, which is why Richmond gets a Fair grade rather than a failing grade.
I even decided to donate a 3 Musketeers bar to the Lion's Club food box and a token of my peaceful withdrawal method from a city of political hypocrisy.... no Trojans nor Rough Riders included with the 3 Musketeers. I didn't even gift the city of Richmond a roll of toilet paper like I gifted the Wausau police department when they wouldn't assist me in solving a crime that occurred against me since toilet paper is in shorter supply than lousy candy bars I don't need. The perched up names of Shannon and Cain are not associated with salvation as יהוה is, nor can they be substituted for a LIGURE at the 11th foundation. Thankfully, Mikell Clayton responds to communications much better than UWM.ORG people or the typical apathetic USA citizen.
Could it have been the names Doug Jarvis, Michael Gartner and Wayne Lepak that caused such a sudden opposition to non-harmful pulverized dust particles or did the name Dan Boyle upset the political police carts numbered 51 through 55? At least the book of Haggai exposes the importance of the 6th month in case Ezequiel chapter 8 didn't quite get the message across to readers of historic matters.

Will Tim Fair work in peace and safety now that chalk has been considered more dangerous and unacceptable than cigarettes, stickers of women in thong bikinis and Depakote in the Richmond parks system? The Life Preserver
What I write will not change my enemy's procedures nor their outcome, but might cause myself, a stranger or a friend to change their procedures and outcome.
I asked a question in prayer time, namely 'Why, Yahweh, are you doing nothing to change the heart and mindset of a person I have cared about who has become rude and cruel?' If what has been written and passed onto my in the Scriptures has not changed his mindset to improve his behavior as a human being, it is not because Yahweh has done nothing to try and change his mindset, but rather that the rude and cruel person has refused to believe he needs correction from Yahweh's teaching.
WHAT A PARENT WON'T LEARN HE CANNOT TEACH, AND HIS CHILDREN MIGHT HAVE TO LEARN FROM ANOTHER WHO HAS BEEN WILLING TO LEARN THE LESSONS FROM יהוה. IF YOU ARE DROWNING IN TEARS, YOUR ENEMY WILL NOT TOSS YOU A LIFE PRESERVER BUT A STRANGER MIGHT.

The script that's sold won't change the truth
It's more fake than a shaky tooth
A son that won't hear truth from mother
Prefers falsehood from his Sunday brother

The holy Spirit he won't smother
'Smother the puck' is sometimes heard
At the same a dove or gadwall bird
Must still accomplish it's non-script duty
And emerge as an anti-liar genuine beauty

Scraps are sometimes fruity pears
Scraps of truth are often sought
By the people who the LIARS taught
The liars will pretend and hide

Foundation Vs. 'Platform' : Anti-Rioters Matter
Beware of the use of a 'platform', since by definition a platform is NOT a solid foundation. 'Black Lives Matter' is not going to be on the right hand of יה nor on any side of יהוה. Should I be surprised that so many unholy buffoons are aligning with rioters and 'Black Lives Matter' rather than aligning with יהוה? I won't be surprised at the lack of social etiquette being taught and displayed if I recall that only 1 in about 55.000 have the footing on one of the 12 foundation stones described in a rebuilding plan that doesn't include a platform dive team nor does it have room for rioters and men who refuse to do their job skillfully and peacefully in order to support their household.
Foundations do matter, and as color schemes matter to mood, advertisers, code starters and code breakers, I still contend that all humans are a shade of . BrOWN not Browne and that woes and horrific trouble gets stirred up in areas where יהוה has been rejected from. The golden calf scene was an area where יהוה 's message was ignored and rejected, which lead to riots not righteousness for those unwilling to try to live peaceably with their neighbors.
Let me toss some numbers into a color scheme:
WHITe foundation teams are color code 180; recall Reggie Howard White, a man who would turned to the word of יהוה and the works of Moshe Ben Amram not to the beast Al Sharpton and rioters for guidance. A WHITe stone was delivered to the people who were innocent after judgement, and robes of white will matter after a sanctification process is completed by those who have believed יהוה and thuse were not deceived by 'Black Lives Matter' or any other unjust anti-holiness platform group. Jasper is sometimes white, Goshenite is always rather white.
BrOWN foundation teams are color code 124; agates and jasper can be brown.
ORaNGe foundation teams are color code 135; carnelian and jasper can be orange.
BLaCK foundation teams are color code 87; onyx is mostly black.
If you cannot resist being part of the 'Black Lives Matter' plague of folly rather than proper etiquette and excellent behavioral skill sets with a foundation of holiness and 'clean eats', you'll never be set on a holy foundation stone system. I only chose the above colors since they can be spelled with chemical elements, and every human being that I have seen has a skin tone that is a mix of the above colors. Blue, green, red and purple stone foundations are so beautiful yet the majority of buffoons won't even invest in one of the stones of the final foundations of the new Yerushalem because Lucifer got a hold of their anti-יהוה platform.
If you manage to get from site to site without getting attacked by an enemy, it's best to recall the Red Sea or Jordan River dry land crossings with Yoshua in the group. Kenosha Police Isn't The Shame of Kenosha
Did a 'black on black' intentional act of violence and anger cause a Kenosha resident to call the police instead of calling a social worker?
How about one of these 4 solutions to prevent anymore defensive tactics by trained officers during a 'lack of peace' incident?
1. Don't call the police, call a family member to assist you when a local problem occurs and see what there response time will be. In 2009, I attempted to contact my former brother-in-law, Thomas Wahl and his wife Shannon, asking them to counsel myself and Shannon's brother Shane D. Hendrikson before a situation escalated and I was fearful of Shane's anger. The Wahls refused to assist us in family tension matter, and thug 'Shane' then continued to progress in his adulterous relationship with Cheryl Brown and continued to embezzle business funds before Shane complained the police after I only used one hand strike against a man with more than double of my strength....enough to flee an angry anti-commandment caused no injury, but I would have rather seen the cops arrest the corporate felon and understand that I used minimum force before I called the police asking assistance to gather some belongings to reside elsewhere until either Shane started behaving like a 'Christian' or until I felt safe enough to go back for another round against a person who didn't think his white wife's life or his marriage vows mattered.

Resist the 'swish'!
Matthew Nolan keeps talking about 'Essay Tan', but consider the following before blaming Satan for the evil and wickedness emerging from BLM and the enemies of יהוה .

I suggest you seriously repent and prayerfully ask יהוה and the angels of יהוה to have imminent domain over your flesh, spirit and turf which does include important things such as oxygen molecules food, clothing and shelter.

Biden and Harris are extremely vile and so evidently wicked than those who endorse them are so overtly anti-יהוה they can't be 'saved' due to lack of grace, but Trump is also not גד material either. Every segment of the earth is struggling now, and what I prefer about Trump is his anti-cigarette and anti-tattoo position that his father taught him, and those positions are actually able to save the flesh of some people.
I didn't mention 1 through 4 since I am not a Methodist and want to get unstuck from typical ways that lead unto vain repetitions. Some idiots like Bobby Flay even know how to ruin skipjack tuna or quail by adding pork bacon, mussels or Italian sausage to their defile what could have been a wonderful 'clean eats' dinner.

What Anna Ruzinski Didn't Do Matters
Just suppose you had a friend or co-worker who you believed was being unfaithful to his spouse. What course of action is best?
A) Try to get that person fired or publicly accused and published by reporting the matter to hirelings without finding out WHY the person is straying
B) Speak peaceably with the the suspected sinner to investigate the matter face to face
C) Ignore the matter completely with the spirit of complacency
B is the best course of action in any matter of suspected non-violent sin. Instead of reading fiction, consider the following matter that could have had a better outcome for Anna Ruzinski.
Anna Ruzinski could have gone directly to Robin Michael Ortiz and state she suspected him of being unfaithful and possibly being involved in misdemeanor activities not easily proven. Had she spoken to flat Robin Ortiz, he might have told her what he told others, namely that his wife was making him physically sick with her cigarette smoke and had no intention of stopping her cigarette smoking even though she was a licensed nurse practitioner who should have known she was hurting her household, including her 2 ,male children, with the cigarette smoke. Had Anna Ruzinski investigated the matter as a peace-maker, she might have then gone to Mrs. Robin Ortiz ( now Mrs. Ronald Haas) and told her that she is risking losing her husband in a flight or fight matter. Specifically, she could have told Robin's wife that Robin rather take flight from the harmful cigarette smoke that fight with his wife who refused to stop her dangerous behavior toward him. Anna Ruzinski could have urged Mrs. Robin Ortiz to stop smoking in 1988 to save her marriage and protect her children rather than abusing her children with second-hand smoke,,,,, but Anna Ruzinski chose course of action A , not B.
When I observed Jimmy Hall in Three Lakes, Wisconsin appearing to stray from his marital vows while drunk, publicly intervened and he 'shaped up' after my warning to the woman he was thinking of approaching while drunk. I announced to the tavern patrons that Jimmy Hall was married ( no divorce pemding) and that strange women should not get physically involved with him because of his marital status. Flop cop Steven Brown #2042 was courageous enough to deter his drunken buddy from adding more sin to his drunkeness, so was I insane for having the courage to do what few others would? I know I wasn't crazy, but most people deveop hatred toward the person who truly wants them to stop sinning and publicly warns them if a private warning is not possible due to the exigency of a sin problem in progress.

Warning: Dangerous US Census Man in Macomb, MIchigan
On Wednesday August 19, 2020 at about 11:15 AM EDST, a probably dangerous pale-skinned male possiblly between 50 and 70 years of age, slender, about 74 inches in height with greyish hair on his face and head top, appeared on my doorstep at approximately 11:15 AM and disturbed my peace and intentionally disregarded my safety. Since he was wearing a mask and was traveling alone ( unlike restaurant workers who can testify for their co-workers), I suspected he might have a serious disease so I DID NOT OPEN my solid door barrier to him nor speak to him audibly. He then exhibited signs of mental disability as he stood at the base of my property for several minutes before entering his ILLGALLY parked vehicle, which was clearly parked in a manner to prevent me from leaving my household by VEHICLE in case of emergency as it was blocking my driveway. HIs vehicle was a newer 4-door 'extended cab' dark colored pick-up truck
Since there was no need to block my driveway and plenty of curbside parking was available, it was evident the man who seemed to be working alone was dangerous rather than a good citizen interested in obeying the town of Macomb and Macomb county local laws. As in times past, I know it is wiser for being fined by an unjust government for protecting myself than opening my door to an OBVIOUSLY dangerous adult male who also might be trying to spread disease; because I did not open my door to him nor speak to him, I do not have to quarantine for 14 days even if tests '[positive' for a problematic sickness.
Had I opened my door to him, it was possible he also may have tried to provoke me to anger as Shane David Hendrikson did and I did not want a repeat of prior experiences where I would be provoked unto anger or made fearful by a stranger and be unable to leave by car to seek additionnal defense. Thus, I did not cooperate with the dangerous stranger possible pretending to be a US census worker as part of my household's serious self-defense plan.
This report has been made public to warn others and to possibly refresh my memory in a future time of testimony against the suspicious masked man who recklessly endangered my safety by INTENTIONALLY blocking my driveway access. Due to social distancing expectations imposed on the people of Michigan, it was not possible for me to see his identification close enough to get the name on his small and possibly 'fake' identity card. The census worker did what he was PAID to do; now I warned others about his M.O. without charging anyone for this important information. I also do not believe that a census should be an 'online' matter since electronic forms are not secure.
A proper census of legal occupants of the USA could be added up by using the numbers reported on income tax forms for head of household and number of dependents. There are millions of people who are 'counted' on USA census forms that are actually enemies of the USA constitution so I rather opt out of the 2020 census and ridiculous attempt to gather trivial information during an imposed and contrived state of emergency.
The suspicious masked man could write down '1 confirmed speechless occupant' if a person is seen in a house and it appears to be habitated by a person other than cockroaches, dogs, cats and moles.

The Search Is Over Now or Time Went Into A Bottle?

The War Within The Game
Fish and game reports are a laughing matter to others and serious business to some. Killing a ring-necked pheasant isn't what I would ever want to do, but there are people who get some sort of twisted enjoyment spending large amounts of money and traveling hundreds of miles to another state to start killing beautiful game birds when they have plenty of other food options nearby.
Many people do crawl inside a game during wars and battles. When a person puts on a Milwaukee Buck outfit, the game that swallowed him is a male deer. Others sport game suits such as bears, lions, tigers, ducks, panthers, eagles, etc. , often not even thinkng about what it means to be 'in the game' they chose to be in.
