Who's is 'WE' in this Letter Allegedly from Shane Hendrikson?

Here's another email that I choose to make public after all these years.  I suppose 'WE' might indicate he already had another financial business partner or that Shane David Hendrikson had a problem similar to Legion or Mary Magdalen, with his 'body' being possessed by more than 1 person.

Marie,

We are selling the house and have received an offer for $305,000. We are ready to accept this offer. Per our divorce agreement I am informing you of the offer of purchase. You can offer to purchase the house for the same price, $305,000. You have until Monday July 1, 2013 at 8 am CST to respond as to whether you would like to purchase the house at 1602 Mary lane Mosinee, WI 54455. This is 12 hours prior to the time we have to reply to our offer.

If you choose to purchase the house you must wire $10,000 non-refundable earnest money into our bank account on Monday July 1, 2013 no later than 10 am CST.  This is the amount that the buyer is willing to put down as earnest money. If you decide to buy the house I will send you the bank information.

If I don't hear from you by Monday July1, 2013 by 8:00 am CST then we will take that as you are not interested in purchasing the house.

A 2018 non-FBI review of the email I ( not WE) received would suggest that the author of the letter was not really Shane Hendrikson, since Shane David Hendrikson's writing style was very different than the above from 'WE'.
