In today's socirty, corrupt people how refer to themselves as elders typically hide or reveal their apapthy when families are  spiritually  broken to bits  by divorce courts , and  in some sort of mockery of the instructions of Moses   the  unholy, unrighteous  anti-Moses elders and local government allow lawlessness to abound rather than training up every child in their community to respect and obey the existing good LAWS which include instructions such as thou shall not commit adultery',  'thou shalt not murder' and 'thou shalt not steal'.

If there was an actual piece of good livestock killed every time a person was murdered, eventually the price of beef would rise and people might start to abhor the actual process of killing what had been a useful animal.  Men like Nehemia Gordon should have stopped being drawn to shows like 'CSI' and other forms of contrived horrific behaviors and he should switch to watching LIVE PD, so he would reaize that the 'good guys' can't always solve a case and evil men often get away even though there were way more than 2 or 3 witnesses to their evil deeds.
