If stats matter to casual or LuBiAm-suited observers, in the past 30 days, peak flow to this site was 62 on the 24th of November. As far as judgment goes, it is not always punishment or fines that are issued when a judgment occurs within a trial basis, since a righteous plaintiff should get compensated or at least comforted when sound and sane judgment occurs.
