Deep Darkness: 3 State Solution in MILWAUKEE?

Michigan as MI ,Washington as WA and IL as Illinois are all lumped into MILWAUKEE, not into WISCONSIN.  It's easier  to differentiate between Illinois and IL= 49 than to notice that the 3rd letter in MIlwWAukee is an l, not the number 1.  Some other font may have far more clarity between the letter l and the number 1 than the default font I am using. Fire&ice are not a good combo in a world where ice, water&steam are too polluted with geo-engineering nano-particles and 'Mother Nature' already died off.
