If the placement or 'spot' of a football matters so much to so many athletes, how much. more should the placement of gemstones matter in either the SW's that include the  book of Exodus or if you believe it, the book of Revelation, chapter 21?  Seriously, it looked like an eye of a huge rainstorm  moved over Wisconsin today over tour 66, and the actual placement of  real homes and vegetable gardens matters far more than the placement of 'Better Homes and Gardens' magazine in Walmart.

Timing is not always secondary to a building process, since if a flood is prophesied, would you place a boat somewhere rather than an underground bunker?  If food shortages are predicted, do you build a boat or a vegetable garden and hope for some success rather than total failure while testing your placement system?
