There is a being described as אבדון who is a master of deploying justified wrath. After a painful upgrade* has been completed within a set of companions, the small amount of protected companions will give the illusion of a furious lack of control during a deployment of wrath, but justified wrath can only be justified if it is not random and regards a seal of protection upon those worthy of protection rather than wrath. Observing justified wrath being applied beyond the uncomfortable rod of correction (such as a bit in a horse's mouth) will upload anguish and astonishment within the witness to such vengeance at the same time that gratitude is magnified within a person who has followed the directives given to receive a seal of protection from יהוה that אבדון recognizes.
חֵמָה is related to the word chemistry; elements display favoritism or hostility when gathered together in a vessel or chamber. When chemicals are combined, it is not fury that occurs but selective services that can either bring about a peaceful, helpful solution or a dangerous, toxic compound that might be necessary to cleanse or remove a build up of undesirable opponents. There is a harmful build up of undesirable opponents of the USA's constitution within the USA's governing, legislative, executive and judicial bodies; Iran does not have a build up of Iranian officials opposing their very intelligent constitutional republic, but enemy agents from Israel and the USA have intruded upon their schools, hospitals and sovereign land; now Iranian officials have developed justified wrath after going through a painful upgrade.
A furious man loses self-discipline and then wars until fatigue and weaknesses cause his demise when justified, controlled wrath is loosed upon him. Maybe such a foolish man of fury smokes cigarettes, advocates gluttony, chooses unclean meats and toxic products, consumes alcohol or ingests drugs to pacify or intensify his fury, but those products will weaken his bodily parts leading to failures when a controlled wrath formation opposes him.
חֵמָה is a female form; it's number is 53, not 666. Since 53 is rolled into 1532; I do understand justified wrath and am not an advocate of sinful fury that exhibits no sense of morality nor repair and strengthening mechanisms. Some might suggest that the English word camel is very closely connected to the word חֵמָה ; the gestation period of a camel is about 390 days and an ל is as one who controls the transporting camel's bit.
Have you realized that Becher Street in Milwaukee has a Hebrew linguistic connection to jasper as well as to a camel? The 'anger of a ruler' has a topaz connection within the formation of a man known as חַמּוּאֵל that has no ה within his description, but does have a rod of ו . Whether such anger leads to justified wrath or sinful fury that leads to failure is an unknown to me.
