The moon sliver seen in the USA on the evening of March 19, 2026 is cupped as a bowl, not as an upright bow, Since yje spring equinox is not until March 20th during the day, the light bowl seen in the 'western hemisphere' from Marland to New Mexico is still technically a winter sliver.
Declaring a new year in the winter could drop into the category of a strong delusion...a lie that many would believe. Weather warfare and modifications don't provide 'normal' agriculture cycles and and grains emerging from Knessetville wouldn't be acceptable because Israel has a failing conduct grade.
