Likewise,  'tooth for  tooth'  is also matter of bodily health and restoration of that which is needed.  When a human fails to care for themself properly, it is often their teeth that fail because of neglect and dietary fury.  Dietary fury is self-indulgence; it's consuming toxic products beyond reason or without intelligence and the attacked tooth exits , costing the  family of the careless and self-indulgent.  

Vengeance is appropriate and necessary course that sometimes leads to the repentance of a furious enemy. If the furious enemy does not learn from a course of vengeance dispensed upon them to comply with the instructions from  justified leaders  such as אבדון or יהוה , the endorsers of fury will be ruined either directly indirectly.   Fury within a person or troops ejects self-discipline and sane thought processes and imports irrational violence and mental dysfunction far beyond a defensive palm strike.
