On July 2nd, 2026 I observed the sunrise and remained outside until the sun was at least 30 degrees above the horizon; at that 'height' of a theoretically spherical sun, there was no object to cast any shade onto the moon's surface since the moon was elevated to about 45 degrees.
No earth between the supposedly spherical moon and he sun and the lunar surface should appear to be a fully illuminated surface IF the bearer of lunar light merely is illuminated by a sun that is spherical. However, there was NOT a fully illuminated surface and an unbalanced portion of the lunar disc was darkened even though the sun had full opportunity to illuminate the entire surface of the moon that was visible to me because the earth was NOT in a position to block any light from the sun unto the moon.
NASA has told far too many contrived fables and intentional falsehoods to be a reliable witness but NASA has managed to be unable to do any good works.
An important component of 'good works' includes a reasonable cost for impressive, practical project outcomes. Therefore, NASA and the financially sinful bad, new USA's space force and department of war has never yet accomplished any 'good works'.

The moon's output of light and energy is a mystery I don't fully understand, though I am impressed and appreciative of the moon.
I believe fireworks have become an expensive , dangerous , anti-nature, highly polluting form of idolatry .
