When a man-child grown into adulthood rejects his woman-mother and completely disregards every reasonable request she has made to maintain communication and some diplomacy even if it is evident the man-child is adversary or enemy status, the other family or church 'onlookers' that sit around and do nothing are equal to the person who is witnessing a mother getting stabbed by her son repeatedly and no one in the family cares enough about the man-child or his woman mother to intervene and prevent the man-child from intentionally doing more harm to his woman-mother who has been known to make genuine attempts toward peacefulness.
You, as an own-law, a sibling, a fellow church member, a Catholic godparent or grandparent, didn't want to get involved and prompt any negative consequences for the man-child or provide additional support for the woman mother? If the man-child showed up with a pound of cocaine at your doorstep which is a felony in some states would you open your door to the man child or send him away and say his lawlessness is not welcome in your household? Being continually cruel, unapproachable or without any etiquette toward you woman-mother is a sin more serious that packing a pound of cocaine, since Donald J. When a married couple begin a family tree and bear up children as branches, the health of the married couple is affected by their children's branches. If one branch is getting attacked, whether by pest, chemicals or hazards being emitted from a distance, the infestation and disease will weaken the entire tree eventually and possibly kill it completely. Only if the strength of the tree's branches are healthy enough to stave off the attacks from near or afar will the tree survive. If one branch isn't concerned about the adjacent branch being attacked by family or acquaintance or stranger, that branch won't care if the weakened branch is pruned off and placed elsewhere to be strengthened and healed away from the natural branches that didn't want to get involved with defense of the attacked branch.
