Now that  MATE 0  government personnel have launched more destruction worldwide, MATE 2 condition will be rare on earth.  First, cognitive skills have to be able to discern that those who regularly applaud or support violent R-rated movies are not going to be troubled by MATE 0 decisions to increase violence on earth.  Mental conditional cognitive  stability , MATE 2, means a person can acknowledge that  conditions on earth are not improving and that person then makes personal choices to try to counter the increase in mental dysfunction within those who don't have the mental skills to reach MATE 2 or MATE 7 status when confronted by MATE 0's horrific decisions.

If you or any member of your household is applauding war between the attacking USA and the victim Venezuela, you surely are not at MATE 2 nor MATE 7 status because you have no understanding of  the Psalms  nor  of יהוה . Retain this fact in your memory: an upright and decent man would never have pardoned  drug gangster Juan Hernandez and the rich man who pardoned that drug dealer embodies wickedness, not  wisdom, justice and righteousness.  When you salute wickedness, expect worsening conditions for your mental status and your spiritual status. In fact, it is less offensive to pray to a statue than to salute Donald J. Trump who once again has disregarded the constitution of the United States of America and started a war against a country that should have been allowed to oversee it's own political body.

I don't need to expound on check MATE 2 status because those who reach that goal know what self-defenses they must upgrade while  doing well  and  choosing life by continuing to do good works rather than increasing violence and costly offenses that disgrace a nation with poverty, distress and a plague of spiritual dysfunction.  🔵
