Proverbs 30:25 is referring to a woman who has been 'cut off' in some way from her spouse, her family or belongings. An ant is not 'people'; the wise and willfully educated are to consider the female person(s) who have been 'cut off' in some manner or reduced in position. Ruth as a widow, Vashti as an exiled queen, a divorcee who has been forced out of her home by a sluggard or unthankful, ungrateful and unholy husband. When a woman who has been 'cut off' in some manner from a family tree or position of stature, she is not strong. If she can get grafted in elsewhere, strength might be renewed. If she, as a cut off limb, gets transplanted in good soil and takes root away from her persecutors and those who have lied about her to weaken her financially, spiritually and physically, what strength she has left will be used to gather her meats and her foods without any ruler, king or husband ordering her to do so. Here is the word that is now of interest, just past H5243 which means to be 'cut off/diminished/reduced in position or mass':
נְמָלָה refers to a prepared female person(s) working independently to grow and gather food for her household; she (H5244) is an anti-sluggard and maybe an aunt within a family tree, and surely such a woman should never have been described as an ant serving a queen in an unclean insect colony.
