I'm not deaf to what's been happening in townships and residential areas that have hatred toward husbandry and a PRODUCTIVE work ethic. Elected boards keep increasing the unjust scales by fining duck keepers while selling much larger and much noisier nuisances such as leaf blowers and riding lawn mowers to any residential owner wealthy enough to be totally lazy and unproductive with their residential land mismanagement, whether it be rural, urban or suburban.
First of all, rezoning needs to stop going from residential to business and needs to start going from urban residential to rural residential. This is where Sean Duffy might be able to begin to wage war for Wisconsin residents against Milwaukee residents: by pressuring towns to be listed as rural residential and agricultural with some areas designated for non-Musk, non-Walmart , non-Dollar General businesses too.
It's Sean Duffy's transportation secretary unjust systems that allow extremely noisy Harley Davidsons, vehicles with intentionally increased decibel emissions, motorized machines for unproductive, inedible lawns and trees, useless barking dogs in any household or urban residential area merely for the entertainment of people who are wealthy since they can afford to feed a dog yet in the same state such as Wisconsin or Michigan NOT allow keeping even a small quantity of much quieter and more helpful ducks, chickens, sheep or goats.
Someone like me who is contrary to the keeping of filthy, beggarly unclean animals in a household such as dogs and cats should file a lawsuit to get their non-urban area returned to sanity and zoned as rural residential, knowing their duck or chicken or sheep or goat is a service animal more productive than a dog or a cat. Small farming husbandry. is what will keep Wisconsin residents from becoming like those entrapped by the state of Israel in the Gaza area without local food sources nor potable water streams. Turning away from the trends of Macomb, Michigan and back toward the trends of early Williamsburg, Virginia settlements where vegetable gardens, fruit trees, skilled children, adults with a work ethic and small farm animals such as ducks, chickens, sheep, goats and Dexter cows were beautiful to see and much more productive than an unnatural, inedible lawn that is as uppity as Donald J. Trump's golf courses.
Can Sean Duffy transport Wisconsin away from Milwaukee, away from Washington D.C. away from the city of Chicago and start an important mission to restore Wisconsin towns and villages back to productive husbandry sanity? He can, but he probably won't even try because he's already loaded up with political $.
Rural residential should not become the next Walmart stabbing zone. Rural residential zones should know how to bear their own firearms, should know how to grow real corn in raised beds rather than playing 'corn hole' games that don't teach anyone about Malachi 4:2. Rural residential zoning should be able to combine those who are unable to garden do to physical disability to be able to walk a little bit to a neighbors house to get some produce in exchange for some baked goods that the injured person could make. Obesity isn't a physical disability, but it is a physical burden that the obese have to bear because they dod not use their body properly and coupled that laziness with an over-indulgent unhealthy appetite.
Barking residential dogs who don't have a herding role should not be allowed in any residential area that doesn't permit ducks, chickens, sheep or goats to be kept properly and wisely.
Rural residential areas should have at least 1/2 acre lots which are actually larger than the yards many people had in the Williamsburg, Virginia settlements. If a raral residential zone encourages the keeping of a couple of cows for milk nearby on lots at least 2 acres, that rural residential area would be brilliant and far more like heaven than like the hellish conditions in Rafah area devised by the state of Israel.
If any state within the USA has residents that think the Italian Mafia or Hells Angels or the lying tongue section of judges and attorneys in what a good president would insist on eradicating because those groups are worse than Hamas in the USA. If any town or village in the state doesn't want to become like Milwaukee with no access to wood-fired pizza and plenty of access to casino crap games, they can only win by urging increases in rural residential zoning that make USA soil productive again and train men to be men who know how to war with their shovels, their hoes, their hands and a legally purchased weapon they can used against government intruders trying to make their zone the next version of southwestern Israel.

Us who dare to be rural residential advocate of land productivity coupled with a pro-duck, pro-chcken,pro-sheep, pro-goat, pro-cheeseburger , anti-dog mentality and anti-Walmart mentality might not last as long as Chuck Mangione did but shall indeed live better than the woman who wants to live in a penthouse or prison-like townhouse because she hates the thought of gardening chores because her manicured nails will get soiled.
Feeding chickens and ducks is wiser than feeding a household dog unless you intend to eat the bitch's puppies when your caviar stock is no longer available.

By the vegetable patch way, I am not an advocate of irrigation that hoards or detours water in bribery upon desert or arid zones that were never intended to become overloaded with farming I am an advocate of rain barrels that collects water from above, polluted though it is, during substantial rain events instead it letting it trails off into a toxic sewer system . If water goes from a gutter into a rain barrel into an organic garden, it still returns to the ground water system in a condition far more pure than Gretchen Whitmer's Michigan. The rain collection system only regulates water dispensation, it doesn't steal it from one location to Detroit it to another location. There is no such thing as a concrete jungle, but there are concrete disaster areas and actual jungles that are not maid of concrete.
